Compensation
- 30% commission on reputed company sales

Responsibilities
- Recruit and connect talent with casting opportunities
- Promote VIP membership tiers and services
- Create and market job postings, casting calls, and promotions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and talent
- Guide talent through reputed company and submission processes
- Meet weekly sales and reputed company goals
- Collaborate with team members during weekly strategy meetings
Schedule
- Fully flexible — create your own schedule
- Weekly team meetings:
- Monday at 11 AM EST
- Wednesday at 11 AM EST
- Friday at 11 AM EST
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Interest in entertainment, casting, or talent management
- Sales or reputed company experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Comfortable using reputed company media and online platforms for reputed company
