CAD Technical Drawings for Health Permit Application

Hi, This is a one time project. I would like this done as soon as possible and was hoping to get a quote for the work needed. I am looking for an reputed company CAD drafter to produce technical drawings for a mobile food cart permit application being submitted to Vancouver reputed company Health (VCH) in Vancouver, BC.
