This role emphasizes 70% delivery and P&L leadership and 30% capture and market growth. The ideal candidate is a recognized leader in the Homeland community with trusted relationships, strong technical reputed company, proven P&L ownership, and the ability to convert delivery reputed company into measurable growth while building high-performing teams and culture. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS Education, Background, and Years of Experience

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; minimum of 15 years of experience

WORKING CONDITIONS Environmental Conditions

• Home office with weekly trips into reputed company HQ in Tysons reputed company with 0%-10% travel. Possible off-hours work to support proposals and other high-reputed company assignments.
