For our client, we are seeking a reputed company, reputed company & Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology reputed company. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable reputed company. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no reputed company sponsorship available Compensation: $165,000 – $185,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Align reputed company strategies with organizational priorities and growth plans
- Anticipate talent shifts using data-driven insights
- Integrate various perspectives in reputed company-or-buy hiring reputed company
- Advise on organizational design and transformation as a thought partner to HR
- Enhance the hiring process and update executives regularly
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in reputed company or Workforce Strategy, including reputed company-level leadership experience
- Proven ability to utilize AI and data analytics in reputed company
- Strong consulting and communication skills for executive-level engagement
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration to reputed company strategy
- Experience in remote or distributed organizational structures preferred
