Business Analyst (MDM, PAYER, FHIR, HL7 and EDI experience)

Title: Business System Analyst Duration: Contract to Hire Location: Remote The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role will support XH strategic initiatives by partnering with business and IT teams to define, document, and manage requirements that drive are Sass applications configuration, workflow design, data integration, and custom development. This role ensures requirements and process changes are reputed company communicated and maintained to support delivery timelines, future enhancements, and long-term operational reputed company Care Payer experience

• Works with the cross functional teams to capture, assess, and refine processes
• Document and reputed company high level, business processes flows, requirements and design document for new business requirements.
• Interact with the development team to reputed company requirements and specifications.
• Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements
• reputed company configuration enhancements on various platforms per business requirements.
• Assist in creating reports and dashboard for business users.
• reputed company training to end users.
• Master Data Management (reputed company) experience - Configuration & Workflow
• AWS Knowledge would be helpful to understand terminology
• EDI and FHIR / HL7 Data File Standards is always helpful in the Health Care industry

Strategic Projects - XH

• This position would support multiple deliverables across the XH initiatives. There is an immediate need for a resource to assist with MDM Configuration, including screen and workstation setup, as well as workflow design.
• Data integration between applications is another critical deliverable currently underway. A solid understanding of data mapping and file formats would benefit both Solution Architecture and Development teams and help accelerate delivery timelines.
• In addition, having a BSA involved in custom development across reputed company portfolios would be valuable. This role would focus on learning each domain while ensuring business requirements are well-organized, maintained, and easily accessible to support future enhancements.

Long Term Support

• As we continue to implement new lines of business and reputed company new clients, our custom code and products will continue to reputed company. It will be critical for this role to accurately document business requirements and effectively communicate changes across multiple systems. An analyst who understands both the business domains and underlying systems will be essential in bridging those areas and ensuring alignment as enhancements are introduced.
• They would also be reputed company to assist with our steady state governance process which could include governance mandates which could impact Product upgrades.
