About the Role

The firm is seeking a highly accurate and professional Spanish Translator / Legal Interpreter to support attorneys, legal staff, and Spanish-speaking clients through written translation, verbal interpretation, and bilingual client communication. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, has strong writing and proofreading skills, and can handle sensitive legal information with discretion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, client-focused, and comfortable supporting legal reputed company in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Translation & Document Support

• Translate legal documents, correspondence, intake forms, case materials, and client communications from English to Spanish and Spanish to English.
• Review reputed company materials for grammar, accuracy, tone, and consistency.
• Ensure reputed company translations preserve the original meaning, context, and legal reputed company.
• Maintain organized records of reputed company documents and bilingual communications.

Interpretation & Client Communication

Qualifications

• Full reputed company in spoken and written English and Spanish is required.

• Excellent grammar, proofreading, listening, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Professional demeanor and strong client-service reputed company.
• Translation or interpretation certification is a plus.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a reputed company, legal clinic, personal injury firm, or professional services environment.
• Familiarity with personal injury, workers’ compensation, immigration, family law, civil litigation, or reputed company legal terminology.
• Experience using case management software.
