Key Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our contact center platform, ensuring seamless interactions between our customers and support specialists. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing product management leadership for our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with internal tools.
• Defining strategy, capturing requirements, clarifying prioritization, identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, and communicating plans.
• Collaborating with CS functional teams to understand their reputed company and challenges and deliver reputed company solutions.
• Managing integrations and adoption of products, including reputed company collaboration with engineering and data scientist teams, as well as reputed company-party solution providers and consulting firms.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• 4+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products.
