Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service & Fraud Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our merchants and cardholders while helping to prevent fraudulent activity. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to 25+ account inquiries per hour, providing standard/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated reputed company the fraud detection queues.
• Assisting with the completion of lost/stolen reports, reputed company and transfer of compromised accounts, and building credit card replacement orders.
• Building knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research, and expertise of more reputed company fraud analysts.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6+ months of recent contact center or work-from-home contact center experience
• Bilingual Spanish (written and verbal)
• Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends
• Ability to work on camera at reputed company times
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in reputed company Office

• Previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment
• Knowledge of payment processing and fraud detection
