Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Desk Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective technical support to end-users reputed company live chat, ensuring high reputed company of reputed company resolution and customer satisfaction
- Utilizing a knowledge reputed company tool and expertise to resolve issues reputed company, while maintaining accurate documentation in a ticket tracking system

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-5 years of experience in a chat support or technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced and reputed company environment
