Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional phone and email support to our customers, showcasing our products and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating daily with distribution centers and customers, both remotely and in-office, with a preference for those located near our Mountain Studio
• Managing the support queue, addressing customer inquiries reputed company established KPIs, and articulating product information in a clear and concise manner
• Upholding reputed company agent standards, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and memorable
• Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

To succeed as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
