Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the highest reputed company of customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the team to reputed company outstanding service to internal and external customers for reputed company requests
  • Managing resources throughout the day and effectively addressing team escalations
  • Partnering with other supervisors and team leads to meet departmental requirements, needs, and goals

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
