Position Summary
As a Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for online visitors, assisting with product inquiries, order support, and general customer service through live chat. This role is ideal for someone who's tech-savvy, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment. You'll be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to confidently assist customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company live chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
