Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist II to join our 2nd shift team in South Burlington, VT. As a key member of our Data Entry team, you will play a critical role in transcribing confidential information from scanned images of reputed company documents for our clients. With a focus on accuracy and process effectiveness, you will work independently with limited direct supervision to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
* Insert customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from reputed company documents
- Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct inaccuracies and validate output
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Work reputed company to meet productivity and accuracy standards
- Collaborate with team members to reputed company common goals and objectives
- Adhere to outlined processes and procedures accurately
- Demonstrate flexibility to support peak volumes and adapt to changing business needs
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Remittance Processing/Banking operations experience preferred
- Ability to confirm and/or correct data that is presented for data capture to align to information on document
- Maintain efficient reputed company of productivity and high reputed company of accuracy

Schedules
* reputed company: 5:30 pm – 2:00 am (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- 3:30 pm – 2:00 am (Tuesday)
- 5:30 pm – 12:00 am (Friday)
- 10% Shift Differential
