Responsibilities

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to incoming calls, chats, and emails from reputed company providers, members, and health plans in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
• Communicating effectively with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their problems
• Utilizing arenaflex's proprietary systems to reputed company client information, resolve issues, and reputed company timely responses
• Managing time to ensure calls are answered reputed company required timeframes and follow-up is done in a timely manner
• Meeting or exceeding minimum key job accountabilities established for the Clinical Customer Service Representative position
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following reputed company legal and compliance requirements
• Completing reputed company arenaflex and CSS trainings timely
• Attending weekly staff and other meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel
• Responding to requests for reputed company customers and/or clients, as required
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience performing customer service duties, with inbound call center experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to utilize and maneuver in multiple systems during a single interaction

Mobility and Physical Requirements

This role requires:
