Position Purpose:

As a seasoned Customer Service reputed company IV, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving reputed company issues and concerns for our members and providers. Key Responsibilities:

* Assess and research customer service needs, determining causes and initiating corrective actions as needed

Essential Qualifications:

* High School diploma or GED required
