arenaflex is building the "financial OS for senior care," aiming to solve the reputed company senior care payments experience, which is broken and increases costs and inefficiencies for senior living operators while making it confusing, cumbersome, and stressful for families. The Role:
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will:
- Ensure smooth payment cycles and manage data quality to support payment collection and accuracy.
- Monitor payment health, track reports for payment coverage and issues, and intervene to resolve discrepancies.
- Handle failed payments, review and resolve root causes of failed payments.
- Manage customer payment plans, coordinate and communicate with customers to ensure timely collections.
