Job Summary

As a reputed company Data Entry Clerk in our Purchasing Department, you will be responsible for ordering medical, dental, office, and x-ray supplies from our vendors in a timely manner. You will work closely with employees, field personnel, managers, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of purchase orders. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of processed orders and communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate effectively and reputed company with employees, field personnel, managers, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders

• Review and process purchase orders according to company policy and procedure, as well as individual customer policy
• Maintain detailed and organized records of processed orders and communication with customers, including database, reputed company sheets, and reputed company filing
• Work with facilities regarding supply orders and contacts vendors regarding products, pricing, deliveries, and orders
• Follow up with suppliers to schedule deliveries, resolve item discrepancies, outstanding or overdue deliveries, and return of items

Essential Qualifications
