Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. You'll work closely with reputed company to reputed company exceptional customer service, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote work opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
