Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and reputed company personalized support. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Call Center
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
