About the Role

arenaflex's Strategic Comp division is seeking an reputed company Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our growing Premium Audit Team. This is a fully remote work-from-home role, offering the flexibility and autonomy you need to reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Premium Audit department, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Administratively assist the Premium Audit department in their daily operations, including research, resolution, and documentation of customer concerns and inquiries.

• Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to inform customers about products or services.
