What You'll Do In This Role

As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients reputed company inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support and resolving routine problems and questions reputed company to client products and services
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
