Role Description full-time remote role for an Information Technology Recruiter. The Information Technology Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top IT talent to coordinating the hiring process. Daily tasks include identifying reputed company technical candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The recruiter will also participate in technical reputed company strategies to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle reputed company and IT Recruitment
- Experience in Hiring and collaborating with hiring managers
- Proficiency in Technical reputed company and managing talent pipelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field is a plus
- Prior experience in IT or technical consulting industries is an advantage
