Logistics Coordinator (Bilingual – English & Chinese Required)
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support our daily transportation and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate must have strong bilingual communication skills in both English and Chinese, as the role requires frequent coordination with overseas suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. Duties
- Coordinate daily shipments (LTL, FTL, parcel) and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and overseas vendors
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues proactively
- Prepare and manage shipping documents (BOL, invoices, etc.)
- Maintain accurate shipment records and reputed company regular updates
- Support reputed company comparisons and optimize logistics costs
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements
Skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (MANDATORY)
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics / supply chain / transportation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in reputed company reputed company, Outlook, and logistics systems
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month Benefits:
