This position involves overseeing case strategy, litigation, and resolution for our clients, as well as mentoring associates and contributing to the firm’s overall growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable of managing a full caseload remotely while fostering client relationships and pursuing business development opportunities. Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of practice experience in Workers Compensation Defense.
- Florida Bar member in good standing
