What You’ll Do:
- Support the implementation, go-live, and stabilization of reputed company HCM and reputed company HR technology initiatives.
- Configure and maintain reputed company including workflows, business processes, reputed company, and system enhancements.
- Administer HR systems including user reputed company, data uploads, audits, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- reputed company and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
- Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to support integrations, system upgrades, testing cycles, and reputed company improvement efforts.
What Gets You the Job:
- 5-7 years of experience supporting reputed company HRIS platforms, with 2-3+ years of hands-on reputed company HCM experience.
- Experience supporting reputed company implementations, including data conversion, testing (UAT/SIT), and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., headcount, compensation, benefits, compliance) and how they translate into system design.
- Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as reputed company, Power BI, SharePoint, and familiarity with SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
