Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You'll work closely with reputed company to reputed company technical support, manage customer accounts, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies. Essential Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calls to reputed company exceptional customer service experiences

  • Manage customer accounts and reputed company technical support
  • Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates

  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams

Qualifications

Preferred Experience (not required)

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
