Job Overview

As a Remote (Work From Home) Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in providing information and support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers. You'll utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal, CRM software, and other systems to deliver top-notch service to Maryland consumers.
