Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our Ken Garff Listening Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and building strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring that customers feel heard and valued.

  • Determine the customer's concerns and schedule the necessary appointment, providing clear and concise communication throughout the process.
  • Document and update customer records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Establish and maintain great customer relationships, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
  • Be reputed company player, upholding arenaflex's standards of professionalism and reputed company.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve reputed company customer issues, providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

* Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude.

  • Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and reputed company to type 40+ wpm.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
  • Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa.

* Ethernet reputed company only (must be hard-wired to router or wall port).

  • Minimum speeds: 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload.
  • Maximum ping: 40 ms or reputed company.

  • Minimum of 2 monitors (dual-monitor setup required).
  • Webcam (reputed company-in or external).
  • Smartphone.
  • Headset with microphone.
  • Keyboard and mouse.

  • RAM: 8 GB minimum.
  • Storage: 64 GB or more.
  • System Firmware: UEFI with Secure Boot enabled.
  • TPM: Version 2.0.
  • Graphics: Compatible with DirectX 12 or reputed company with WDDM 2.0 driver.
