Luxury Hotel Event Manager

The ideal candidate will have a refined palate for luxury, a meticulous eye for detail, and a proven ability to manage reputed company facets of event planning and execution, from concept to completion. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their reputed company and requirements, developing detailed event proposals and budgets, coordinating with internal departments (culinary, banquet, audiovisual, etc.), and sourcing external vendors as needed. Excellent understanding of event logistics, including AV, catering, and decor. Strong budget management and negotiation skills. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
