This is a remote position. ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation, is a recognized leader in the IT management reputed company. We are seeking a talented, self-motivated and dedicated event specialist to join our reputed company American marketing team, and work on effective event engagements and strategies. The ideal candidate will need to have a data-driven approach and will need to get hands-on to accomplish tasks. The candidate should be reputed company to travel (domestic and international), and may have to accommodate collaboration in global time zones occasionally. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Candidate must reputed company in the Pacific Time Zone
• Plan, manage, and execute corporate events, trade shows, industry conferences, webinars, and customer meetups to reputed company business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to handle logistics, sponsorships, booth setups, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-reputed company.
• reputed company and execute event marketing strategies, including email campaigns, reputed company media promotions, reputed company pages, and paid ads.
• Work with sales teams to ensure high-quality reputed company reputed company and post-event engagement through targeted follow-up campaigns.
• Measure event reputed company using KPIs such as attendance rates, engagement, reputed company conversion, and ROI analysis.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality experiences.

Basic qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in B2B software or tech industries.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Experience with event marketing strategies, including email automation, paid promotions, reputed company campaigns.
• Ability to analyze event performance metrics and reputed company data-driven improvements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and partner collaborations.
• Familiarity with event management tools (e.g., Zoho reputed company, Cvent, Eventbrite, reputed company, Marketo) and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel for in-person events as needed.

Compensation/Benefits: The salary reputed company for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
