Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our after-hours team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, resolving queries, and ensuring timely responses to reputed company incoming calls and texts. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering reputed company incoming calls and resolving client and nurse queries reputed company the scope of after-hours
- Providing timely responses to queries that come in reputed company the texting platform
- Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary
- Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
- Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in services

- Completing non-urgent admin projects
