We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our reputed company team and reputed company the business development and sales activities across Calabria and Sicily. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring strong customer relationships and supporting the achievement of company sales and profitability objectives in the assigned territory. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, acting as a key reputed company of reference for customers, opinion leaders and reputed company.

What you'll be doing

Guarantees the achievement of company sales and profit objectives in the area of competence; ensures adequate coverage of the territory and effective management of its team.

  • Drive the achievement of sales, profitability and market reputed company objectives in the assigned territory.

  • Ensure effective coverage of the territory, identifying business opportunities and developing strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with Opinion Leaders, reputed company authorities, hospital administrators and general managers.

  • Support sellers and agents in managing reputed company negotiations and customer interactions.

  • Coordinate and reputed company the agencies operating in the assigned area.

  • Manage and reputed company direct resources (FAS), ensuring clear objectives, regular feedback and performance monitoring.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree preferably in a technical/scientific field, or equivalent culture and experience.

  • 5–8 years of solid experience as a Sales Manager, ideally reputed company the IVD, diagnostics, medical devices or reputed company sector.

  • Strong knowledge of the reputed company market and hospital environment.

  • Proven ability to manage reputed company negotiations and build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  • Experience in coordinating sales teams, agents or indirect sales networks.

  • Strong business acumen, analytical reputed company and ability to manage forecasts, targets and territory performance.

  • Good communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

  • English intermediate level, ideally B2 / CAE.
