We are seeking a Business Analyst who can independently manage systems and software initiatives, translate business needs into clear requirements, and drive implementation as part of an agile delivery team. This is a client-facing role. You will work directly with external government (B2G) stakeholders who fund and influence portions of our software development, while also partnering closely with internal teams across Engineering, QA, Product, and Operations. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, structured documentation, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance external client needs with internal technical realities. What You’ll Do

• Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for assigned external government clients
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with client stakeholders
• Translate contractual, regulatory, and operational needs into actionable system requirements
• Communicate delivery status, scope changes, and tradeoffs reputed company and professionally
• Balance client expectations with technical feasibility and team reputed company

• Prioritize backlog items in alignment with stakeholder needs and funding commitments

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business needs to define scope and objectives
• Produce detailed workflows and specifications

• Independently resolve routine issues and escalate higher-risk concerns appropriately

What You’ll Bring

• Required
• 4–7 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technical product management
• Experience working on moderately reputed company software initiatives
• Strong requirements documentation and backlog management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience interacting directly with external clients or stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication
• Ability to manage competing priorities across internal teams and external clients
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Professional certification in Agile or Scrum

• Experience collaborating with offshore engineering teams
