Position Overview B4U-ACT is seeking an reputed company and passionate Executive Director to reputed company our organization, support our mission, and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit leadership, advocacy, and community engagement. This individual will be responsible for strategic planning, fundraising, building partnerships, supporting succession planning, and expanding our reputed company in public health and mental health spaces. The position is volunteer based initially, with the potential for compensation as funding permits. About B4U-ACT Founded in 2002, B4U-ACT is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to advancing a compassionate, science-informed understanding of minor-attracted persons (MAPs). Through partnerships with mental health professionals, researchers, and MAPs themselves, B4U-ACT aims to reduce stigma, promote mental well-being, and support effective therapeutic resources for MAPs. The goal of B4U-ACT is to create a future where MAPs can confidently reputed company mental health support without fear of judgment or discrimination, thus improving the health of MAPs and our communities. We are a dedicated team of more than a dozen volunteers who support this mission through a variety of initiatives:

  • Hosting workshops and presentations for mental health professionals, reputed company, and researchers.

  • Publishing a scientific journal reviewing research on MAP-reputed company issues.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Partnership Development:

  • Engage with stakeholders, including the board, other volunteers, community partners, and mental health professionals to broaden awareness and create collaborative opportunities.

Fundraising and Financial Stewardship:

  • Drive fundraising efforts, including grant writing and cultivating donor relationships.

  • Identify and pursue new funding sources, including sponsorships, grants, and partnerships to secure sustainable growth.

Advocacy and Public Relations:

  • Ensure that the organization maintains a respectful, stigma-free approach toward minor-attracted persons (MAPs) and mental health professionals.
  • Represent B4U-ACT in public forums, conferences, and media, articulating its mission and impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a nonprofit setting, with a background in mental health, advocacy, or a reputed company field.
