Senior Controller
Job Description:
- Overseeing financial planning, reporting, performance monitoring, payroll reputed company, and internal control processes
- reputed company budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes
- Monitor financial performance and identify key business drivers
- reputed company strategic insights to leadership to support decision-making
- reputed company KPIs and performance dashboards
- reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reputed company standards
- Manage variance analysis and financial commentary

- Act as a finance business partner to senior leadership

- Improve financial systems, reporting structures, and automation processes
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field
- 7+ years of experience in controlling, reputed company, or finance leadership roles
- Proven experience with reputed company Dynamics Business Central (Navision)
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR salary structures
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience in consulting, sustainability, or fast-growing environments is a plus
- Strong adaptability and ability to reputed company in a scale-up environment, managing pace, ambiguity, and evolving priorities
- High level of intellectual curiosity, proactive reputed company, and reputed company improvement orientation
- Advanced reputed company and financial systems knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
