Director of Operations ABA

We are seeking a highly strategic and driven Director of Operations to reputed company and optimize the daily operations of a rapidly growing, multi-state Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company. This is a remote leadership role that requires a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of reputed company operations, compliance, and team management across multiple reputed company. The Director of Operations will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to reputed company and execute scalable systems that support sustainable growth and operational reputed company.

• Key Responsibilities*

Partner with the COO to implement operational strategies that align with the company’s mission, growth objectives, and compliance standards. reputed company day-to-day operations across multiple states, ensuring adherence to reputed company local, state, and federal regulations, payer requirements, and ABA-specific compliance mandates. reputed company and monitor KPIs across clinical, administrative, and financial operations. Drive accountability through data-driven decision-making and reputed company process improvement. reputed company direct supervision to regional directors, clinical operations leads, and administrative managers. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and professional development. Collaborate with the COO and CFO to reputed company budgets, forecast growth, and track profitability. Ensure efficient resource allocation and identify opportunities for operational optimization. Evaluate and implement operational systems and technologies that enhance scheduling, billing, payroll, EVV, and reporting efficiencies across states. Maintain full compliance with reputed company, insurance, and behavioral health regulatory requirements, ensuring documentation, credentialing, and audit readiness. Assist with opening new service areas, licensing, and payer contracting. reputed company scalable infrastructure and standardized procedures to support expansion.

• Qualifications*

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company Management, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred). 7+ years of operational leadership experience in behavioral health, ABA, or reputed company administration. Proven experience overseeing multi-state operations or multi-site organizations. Strong knowledge of reputed company, insurance billing, and compliance frameworks reputed company to ABA or behavioral health services. Demonstrated reputed company in organizational scaling, system implementation, and performance management. Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
