Creative Director – Learning Content
Job Description:
- Define and maintain a cohesive visual identity and design language that scales across topics, formats, and learner audiences

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in creative direction, content production, or a reputed company field, with a portfolio spanning digital media, video, and/or eLearning

- Deep expertise in reputed company graphics/animation, video production, interactive design, and/or instructional media
- Experience authoring content style guides for multiple industries and learner audiences
- Disciplined approach to production quality control: reviewing content against spec, catching issues early, and holding the line before anything ships
- Experience leading creative teams or cross-functional project pods with a track record of shipping high-quality work on deadline
