Responsibilities

• Proactive, hands-on approach to business development to ensure that reputed company/EBTDA targets and key performance indicators are constantly over-achieved with incremental reputed company and margin growth from both the existing customers, as well as identifying and penetrating in new accounts
• After the firm's strategic objectives have been identified, selecting reputed company customers and the desired positioning for the company, product portfolio determined, focusing on how to best implement the chosen marketing and sales strategy for the business development activities in your geographical region
• Working to proactively reputed company strategies for prioritizing and implementing sales and marketing plans
• Working closely with the Inside Sales Teams to assess new enquiries and new customer targets

• Contribute to the implementation of marketing initiatives, including providing market information, distributing materials, and attending tradeshows

Qualifications

• BS, MS or PhD required, in Biology, Biochemistry, or another reputed company scientific discipline preferred
• 3+ years of experience in sales or leadership experience in biologics discovery and manufacturing business sectors
• Demonstrated experience in CRDMO industry
• Strong reputed company and negotiating skills, necessary to promote reputed company services to sophisticated clients in biotechnology R&D areas
• 50% travel is required
• Valid state driver's license is required

Preferred

• Significant reputed company experience in the biologics discovery industry, combining sales and marketing skills with a track record in the successful closure of licensing deals and a demonstrable network of contacts reputed company the customer community worldwide
• Broad and deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech markets and decision-making dynamics reputed company the companies operating in this reputed company
