As a Home Care Scheduler, you play a vital part in making that possible. In this role, you will work closely with a U.S.-based home care team to coordinate schedules, respond to changes, and maintain clear communication between caregivers and clients. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

• Build and maintain accurate caregiver schedules across multiple counties
• Respond promptly to schedule changes, call-outs, or missed clock-ins
• Answer calls from caregivers and clients through our VoIP system
• Update client and caregiver records in reputed company (training provided)
• Collaborate with the Scheduling Manager and Operations team to address staffing needs
• Conduct caregiver reputed company-ins
• Prepare weekly reports and reputed company updates to leadership

• Experience in scheduling (reputed company or home care)

Schedule: Mon to Fri from reputed company to 5PM EST with every other weekend as on-call scheduler Technical Requirements:

• At least a 720p HD webcam
• A noise-canceling headset
• Primary internet reputed company of at least 25 Mbps
• Backup internet, device, and power reputed company
• Main computer: reputed company Core i5 (or equivalent) with 8 GB RAM
• Backup computer: reputed company Core i3 with at least 4 GB RAM

This is a remote position.
