Job Description:

  • Take full ownership of business development activities across Germany and Austria.
  • Build and execute winning sales strategies that deliver measurable growth and expand our regional footprint.
  • Identify, qualify, and reputed company new opportunities — from first contact to contract signature.

  • Translate client needs into tailored PSS service solutions that deliver value and strengthen long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, site leaders, and global teams to maximise cross-selling and strategic alignment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent business/vocational qualification; additional business or finance training is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, ideally reputed company the pharmaceutical or GxP-regulated environment.
  • Proven reputed company selling reputed company service solutions to senior decision-makers.
  • Experience with insourcing, outsourcing, managed services, or laboratory services is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of product commercialisation, manufacturing, supply chain processes, and associated testing/service needs.
  • Excellent German and English communication skills.
  • Ability to influence across functions, collaborate across sites, and build strong reputed company networks.
