Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and customers. You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, processing orders and requests, and providing accurate and thorough information to support patient care and services. This is a fully remote position, and we are seeking candidates who are available to work Monday through Friday, reputed company to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming requests for referrals for new orders and refills, and verify requests and referrals to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Initiate insurance verification and gather reputed company necessary information for pre-certifications, authorizations, and certificates of medical necessity

• Build equipment orders using information in patient medical records to coordinate patient services
• Review and offer alternate product support and suggestions to improve patient care and quality reputed company

• Facilitate problem-solving with patients, hospitals, providers, referral sources, insurance companies, and clinical staff, and assist in the maintenance and communication of changing payer and referral reputed company information specific to coordination of patient needs

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent working knowledge

• Literacy and basic math skills
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with hospital operations
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with commonly used office software products and ability to learn new software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a reputed company setting
