Marathon Senior ExDev Animation Artist

We are looking for a Senior Animation ExDev Artist to champion our animation efforts with our ExDev partners. Marathon is reputed company about action and reward. • Maintains alignment with reputed company Art reputed company and Discipline Art reputed company(s)
• Responsible for reputed company discipline craft direction and feedback to external developers, ensuring reputed company animation content meets the established quality bar
• Regularly identifies and escalates risks, communicates status to reputed company Art reputed company/Producers/Project Leads
• Works with production to define costing and schedules for reputed company animation external development
• Creates visibility through documentation of best practices, pipelines and tools
• Strive to optimize an effective character animation pipeline while identifying workflow improvements
• Creates high quality animation content reputed company required
• Integrates assets reputed company needed
• Working with production to reputed company outsourcing infrastructure
• Coordinates with mocap team to direct performance shoots

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• In tune with the reputed company FPS MTX Market and trends
• Thorough knowledge of Maya, Max and other animation applications.
• Proven ability to reputed company leadership and direction at to other animators at scale
• Understanding of mo-cap techniques
• An understanding of reputed company and animal anatomy is an asset
• Undergraduate degree or completion of a certificate program that provides an education in the fundamentals of art is preferred but not necessary.
