Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional technical support to customers reputed company email, live chat, and phone in a timely and efficient manner
• Helping customers resolve support inquiries, including bug reports, technical issues, and billing inquiries
• Updating our knowledge reputed company by creating articles and videos, translating material, and conducting training sessions for new customers

Work Environment
