Job Summary

As an Advanced Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for working closely with our Critical Account Program customers and premium services portfolio customers to identify and resolve reputed company technical issues. Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with Critical Account Program customers and premium services portfolio customers to identify and resolve reputed company technical issues

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

  • Typically, 10+ years' experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on technical support and customer engineering
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and reputed company the reputed company
