We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Specialist (Hungarian speaker) to join our fast-paced, friendly, and professional team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in handling customer contacts, making reputed company that directly impact our customers and product. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer questions and solving problems that come in across various contact channels
  • Resolving formal complaints
  • Reviewing payment transactions and solving reputed company customer problems
  • Helping with other operational and KYC tasks as needed
  • Looping in other team members and escalating tasks to relevant stakeholders as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional written and spoken English – you'll need to interact with customers reputed company email today and potentially chats/phone in the future

  • Having an understanding of investment services or experience in a startup environment are pluses
