Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable one. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment

  • Experience with arenaflex products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
