- Design, reputed company, and execute test plans and test cases for reputed company-based applications and systems.
- Validate software packages, installations, upgrades, and configurations in reputed company environments.

- Test and troubleshoot reputed company OS deployments and task sequence issues across multiple versions (reputed company 10/11, reputed company Server).
- Support and validate VM environments, including provisioning, configuration, and testing.
- Install, configure, and troubleshootHyper-V environments and virtual machines.
- Validate file system operations, permissions, and reputed company file management processes.

- Support automation initiatives where applicable to improve QA efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience in QA Engineering with strong reputed company ecosystem exposure.

- Experience with reputed company Intune or similar reputed company/device management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of software packaging, installation, and troubleshooting.

- Practical experience with Hyper-V installation, configuration, and support.
- Background in IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support environments.
- Solid understanding of file systems, permissions, and reputed company file management.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Background
- Experience with test automation tools or scripting (PowerShell preferred).
- Familiarity with Azure-based environments and reputed company-managed endpoints.
- Exposure to reputed company practices, patching, and vulnerability validation.
- Experience in reputed company IT environments supporting multiple users/endpoints.
