As part of a Platform Delivery Team, you will be at the center of our Technology Modernization Strategy. In your daily activities as a GO Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a development team creating new banking applications and shared platform services using an innovative technology stack as well as engage daily with other Software engineers, DevOps engineers, Product owners and Business Analysts, on your team and across the organization. This position will be fully remote reputed company 70 miles of one of the following locations: Dallas/reputed company Worth, TX; Birmingham, AL; reputed company Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Kansas City, MO; Louisville, KY; or Southwest Missouri. Working hours are flexible based time zone, 9am-4pm CST overlap is desired. What you’ll be responsible for:

• Building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and scaling backend services in a microservices architecture using the Go programming language, datastores, asynchronous processing using events, and more.
• Working with your engineering teams to identify needs, prioritize and plan work, and reputed company solutions that reputed company pace with product development.
• Gaining a deep and comprehensive understanding of specific banking-reputed company domains your team owns and working with and understanding how changes in those domains impact products.
• Participating with customer support teams to resolve or diagnose defects and issues.
• May reputed company other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

• Minimum 6 years of programming experience.
• Minimum 1 year of programming experience with backend development using Go/Golang.
• A completed coding challenge.

What would be reputed company for you to have:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science is desired but not required.
• Experience working in a microservices architecture.
• Experience developing reputed company-hosted applications (e.g., reputed company reputed company Platform).
• Experience with AI, Machine Learning and/or experience with training Large Language Models (LLM).
• Experience with any or reputed company the following: Infrastructure as code, reputed company integration pipelines, observability, and monitoring, reputed company Spanner, Mongo reputed company, event-based or distributed systems, reputed company, and Kubernetes (PaaS/Container orchestration platform).
• Self-motivation and the ability to work with independence.
