Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Registered Financial Customer Service Professional to join reputed company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a key member of our call center, you'll work collaboratively with reputed company of associates to reputed company exceptional service to our customers' retirement savings accounts. Responsibilities

As a Registered Financial Customer Service Professional, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing excellent service reputed company our call center for our customers' retirement savings accounts
• Educating and empowering our customers without making cold calls or sales
• Communicating critical plan updates and changes
• Processing contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals
• Processing general account changes upon direction from the customer
• Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company exceptional customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• An associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience (including but not limited to food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, or banking) OR two or more years of customer service experience
• FINRA series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure
• Availability to work a 40-hour work week, reputed company of traditional business hours, Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday
• Capability to work overtime as required based on business need

• Financial Services or call center experience (desired but not required)
• A passion for providing quality customer service
• Desire to engage with customers over the phone

Required Minimum Internet Specifications

Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.
