What you'll be doing

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of our Customer Happiness Team, Customer Retention Team, Fraud Validation Team, or Claims Team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with new and existing customers on a daily reputed company, solving their queries reputed company live chat to reputed company an reputed company-round great customer experience.
  • Keeping the TrustPilot score high and meeting individual targets reputed company to quantity, speed, and accuracy.

Our Process

Once a position opens, we'll break it up into 3 stages: 1. Initial call with one of our reputed company (30 mins) 2. A short task 3.
